A steady, body based space for women who are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected, or in a season of change.
Ask About A ConsultationThere are seasons when the body begins asking for a different kind of support. You may be tired of holding everything together. You may be moving through grief, burnout, caregiving, divorce, perimenopause, identity change, or the quiet feeling that you no longer know how to hear yourself clearly.
Private somatic and restorative support is a gentle one to one container where we slow down enough to listen. This is not about pushing, performing, or fixing yourself. It is about creating enough steadiness that your body can begin to soften, orient, and remember that it does not have to carry everything alone.
Each session is shaped around what you bring, what your body needs, and what feels appropriate inside the moment. The work may be quiet, reflective, movement based, restorative, or deeply still.
Gentle somatic movement, restorative practice, breath awareness, grounding practices, body awareness, and nervous system support in plain, accessible language.
Spacious conversation, journaling, guided inquiry, meditation, and integration so the body and inner life both have room to be heard.
We move slowly. You have choice. There is no pressure to process more than your system is ready to hold.
This work is supportive, grounded, and ethical. It is not therapy or medical treatment, and it can sit alongside other care when needed.
This work may be a fit if you are a woman who is longing for a calmer, steadier relationship with your body and inner life.
My three founding client spaces are now full. I am currently opening a small number of additional spaces for women who feel ready for this kind of steady, individual support.
The container includes eight weekly private sessions, sixty minutes each. We use that time to build trust, notice what your body responds to, and create simple practices that can support you between sessions.
Payment option available at $130 per week for eight weeks.
Ask About A ConsultationBefore beginning, we can start with a complimentary initial consultation. This gives us a chance to talk through what you are looking for, what kind of support would feel useful, and whether this feels like the right fit.
