Whether you’re navigating menopause, life shifts, or just trying to feel a little more like you again, you’re in the right place.

Each class is rooted in mindfulness, gentle movement, and real support for your whole self—body, mind, and spirit. No pretzels. No perfection. Just space to breathe, move, and soften.

Come Melt

This 90-minute class is your permission slip to slow all the way down. We’ll settle into long-held, fully supported poses (think: cozy blankets, bolsters, and no effort required), paired with gentle breathwork to help your nervous system exhale.

Who it’s for:
Whether you’re new to restorative yoga or just seriously overdue for some real rest, this class meets you right where you are—frazzled, tired, or just craving quiet.

Held at Rising Moon Studio in Sherwood Park, the space itself feels like an exhale: peaceful, beautiful, and totally welcoming.


No flexibility required. Pajamas welcome.


What to expect

  • 90-minute in-person class in a quiet, supportive space

  • Gentle breathwork + 4-5 restorative poses

Somatic Vinyasa

This isn’t about doing more. It’s about noticing more.


No pressure. No pretzels.

Just movement that feels good in a real body on a real day.
We move slow. We breathe deep. We actually pay attention to how things feel. This class blends breath-led movement with somatic awareness, so you can build strength without bulldozing your nervous system. Expect mindful flow, grounded movement, and maybe a few deep sighs of relief.


Who it’s for:
For women in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond who are done with the grind and ready for something that feels... good. This class supports your nervous system, keeps you mobile, and reminds you what it's like to enjoy being in your body again.


No yoga experience needed. No need to touch your toes.

Just bring yourself—and maybe a water bottle, because we’re still moving (we’re just being nice about it).

The Pause Practice

A Menopause Circle for Movement, Stillness & Soulful Connection

This isn’t your average yoga class—and it’s definitely not a lecture on hormones.

It’s a circle. A soft landing place. A space where you can exhale.

Designed for women moving through the wild, weird, often unspoken transition of peri/menopause (and beyond), this class weaves together gentle movement, breathwork, reflection, and honest connection. Come as you are—sleepless, sweaty, foggy-brained or totally fine—we're not here to fix you. We're here to meet you.


No pressure. No performance. Just a grounded space to be with what’s real.

Who it’s for:
Women navigating perimenopause, postmenopause, or just curious about what’s unfolding next.

If you're craving a gentler rhythm, a deeper connection to your body, and a supportive circle where you don’t have to explain yourself—this is it.

  • 75 minute online and in-person (hybrid options)

  • Gentle, mindful movement and breathwork

  • Space for quiet connection or sharing (always optional)

Private 1:1 Restorative Yoga


Personalized Nervous System Support for Deep Rest + Reconnection


This is your space to exhale.

These one-on-one sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are—whether you're moving through burnout, grief, anxiety, or just feeling the weight of the world. No pressure, no poses to “nail.” Just deep support and space to breathe.


You’ll be gently guided through restorative shapes, breathwork, and stillness practices—completely tailored to your energy, your story, and your needs that day. Think of it as a nervous system reset wrapped in blankets and care.


Each session is a pause. A soft return to yourself.


Who it’s for:

Women who are healing from emotional overwhelm, caregiving fatigue, or just craving a quiet place to land.

Also perfect if you’re new to restorative yoga or simply prefer the ease and intimacy of one-to-one support.

  • 60 minute private session via Zoom

  • Breathwork, fully supported postures, and guided rest

  • Trauma-aware, deeply nurturing, and completely personalized

  • Optional journaling or post-session integration resources
