In-Studio at Rising Moon

Join Laura Harvey for yoga classes designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and find stillness in the middle of a busy life.

All classes are held at Rising Moon Studio in Sherwood Park-a beautiful, firelit sanctuary where you can gather, breathe, and truly rest. Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you're welcome here. Each class is an invitation to move with awareness, restore balance to your nervous system, and come home to yourself.


Somatic Vinyasa - A mindful flow where breath and movement connect. Instead of striving for shapes, you'll explore how your body feels from the inside out, releasing tension and moving naturally into stillness.

Restorative Yoga - Supported postures that invite deep rest and renewal. This practice soothes the nervous system and allows you to let go completely.

Gentle Hatha Yoga — Slow, steady movement through foundational poses. Gentle Hatha builds balance, strength, and ease while leaving you grounded and refreshed.

You'll practice in real time with Laura and the in-studio class at Rising Moon Studio, experiencing the same gentle guidance and grounded presence. No commute, no travel; just roll out your mat and we'll be there with you.

Perfect for winter mornings when you'd rather stay cozy, or any time you need the support of community without leaving your living room. All classes are recorded so you can revisit them throughout the week.

Choose from Somatic Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga, or Gentle Hatha Yoga: the same nurturing classes offered in-studio, streamed live to your space.
