Enquiries and Studio Classes
Contacting us about Studio Classes or private sessions is an enquiry. A place or appointment is confirmed separately by email. Please check the current class dates and discuss availability before making arrangements.
Sanctuary membership
Choose $35 CAD per month or $350 CAD per year, plus applicable tax. First-time members receive 7 free days when completing checkout with a payment method. The free week is available once per member and does not begin merely by creating an account.
Membership renews on your chosen billing schedule. Cancel renewal before the stated trial end to avoid the subscription charge. Paid access continues to the end of the paid period; trial access continues to the original trial end. The exact amount, dates, and billing details appear at checkout and in your billing account.
Read the full Sanctuary membership terms before subscribing.
Your practice and the guide
Use the guide and recordings for your personal practice. Do not redistribute member content or share your account. Listen to your body, adapt movements to your needs, and stop if a practice does not feel right for you.
